A Wedding between History and Nature in Córdoba

The wedding of Samira and Eloy was one of those celebrations that seem designed with care from the first detail. The place, the light, the emotional silences… everything had its own rhythm, paused and vibrant at the same time. We started in the heart of Córdoba, in the Royal Collegiate Church of San Hipólito, a temple with history that seemed to embrace every step they took. The entrance of Samira, wrapped in that mixture of nerves and light, was one of those moments that remain etched in your memory.

Ceremony in San Hipólito: Solemnity and Emotion

The ancient stone walls, the dim light broken by golden flashes, and a ceremony that had pauses full of meaning. There was no need to direct: everything happened with a beauty that asked to be told from silence. The glances between them, the contained gestures of the families… every moment had a unique weight.

Celebration at Finca El Capricho: Elegance in the Natural

After the ceremony, we moved to Finca El Capricho, a space surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, open and welcoming. There, among olive trees and architecture with character, the celebration flowed like a small intimate festival. Laughter, toasts with a background of bougainvillea, and moments that arose without being sought.

A Visual Narrative without Artifice

My way of photographing does not look for the perfect pose, but the instant that escapes. That’s why I’m left with the unexpected hug of a friend, the brief caress on the shoulder of a father, or the look of Eloy just before the dance. Photographing this wedding was narrating without interrupting, observing with respect and translating emotion into images.

A Sincere Memory for a Lifetime
