Ying and Alberto: an Elegant Destination Wedding in Seville
The Meeting of Two Cultures in one of the most Iconic Places in Andalusia
Ying (China) and Alberto (Spain) celebrated their destination wedding in the majestic Hotel Alfonso XIII, an enclave full of history, elegance, and Andalusian character.
An intimate, multicultural wedding, overflowing with emotion, light, and carefully crafted details. Everything happened in that perfect balance between tradition and modernity, between roots and travel, between two worlds that came together to create a new one.
The Hotel Alfonso XIII: a Setting that Says it All
If there is a place in Seville that speaks for itself, it is this hotel.
Its arches of Moorish inspiration, its silent patios, the white stone on which the afternoon light dances… Everything in the Alfonso XIII breathes history, art, and distinction.
Ying and Alberto knew it from the beginning: they wanted an elegant but natural wedding. With character, but without artifice. And this was the perfect setting.
Preparations with Calm, Light, and Emotion
The day began with preparations in one of the hotel suites. Ying dressed surrounded by her loved ones, in an intimate and delicate atmosphere.
Each gesture—from the lace of the dress to the family brooch—was a nod to her personal history.
Alberto, for his part, chose a classic suit with sober and elegant details, perfect for the environment.
A Symbolic Ceremony in the Heart of Seville
The ceremony was held in one of the hotel’s courtyards, with natural light and a subtle decoration of white and green flowers.
Family and friends from both continents gathered to experience a moment full of emotion and meaning.
The vows were simple, sincere, and deeply moving.
A Celebration with Soul, Rhythm, and Real Beauty
Dinner took place outdoors, under garlands of light and a mild Seville night.
Between dishes, toasts, dances, and speeches, the memory of an unrepeatable day was woven.
My camera only had to observe, accompany, and get carried away by the spontaneous beauty of each moment.
A Documentary Photograph with Contained Elegance
As in all my weddings, I worked with natural light, without interruptions or forced poses.
Capturing what happens when no one is watching, taking care of the narrative rhythm of the day, and always looking for beauty in what is real.
