Mayte and Juanra: a Wedding with a Sevillian Soul
Tradition, Emotion, and a Luminous Celebration at Hacienda Saltillo-Lasso
The wedding of Mayte and Juanra was a perfect reflection of Seville: deeply emotional, luminous, and full of character. From the religious ceremony in the imposing Church of Santa María la Blanca to the celebration among gardens at the Hacienda Saltillo-Lasso, every moment was charged with authenticity and beauty.
A Ceremony Full of Meaning
Santa María la Blanca, with its history, baroque architecture, and filtered light, was the place chosen by Mayte and Juanra to say “I do”.
The emotion was palpable from the first moment. An intimate, yet majestic church. An entrance with the first rays filtering through the stained glass. Excited looks, heartfelt words, and the natural solemnity of a church with centuries of history.
A Walk through Alleyways and a Sunset Embrace
After the ceremony, the couple took a few minutes to walk through the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood. On that short walk, the city seemed to stop: whitewashed facades, bougainvillea, warm light, and shared silences.
Those kinds of intimate, simple but unforgettable moments are what I try to preserve.
Celebration among Olive Trees and Whitewashed Walls: the Hacienda Saltillo-Lasso
The reception and dinner were held at the Hacienda Saltillo-Lasso, a place with an Andalusian soul: spacious patios, native vegetation, white walls, rustic details carefully cared for.
The sunset enveloped the aperitif with a magical golden light, while the guests enjoyed a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. The night arrived with candles, live music, and an energy that only authentic emotion can provide.
A Photograph that Accompanies, Does not Interrupt
Mayte and Juanra wanted a natural, elegant, and unforced report. They opted for a way to document their day without artifice, focused on the looks, gestures, the details that sometimes go unnoticed, but that together tell a whole story.
